Aunt Tillie's Egg Dish

Ingredients 18 eggs 1 can cream of asparagus soup 1 can asparagus, cut Milk to beat eggs Salt and pepper Garlic Cheddar cheese, grated


Instructions 1. Mix all together. Grease large pyrex pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Test by inserting knife.


Notes Aunt Tillie did not give amounts for all the ingredients so you have to "judge" or as my bubby would have said "use a 'shit' of that" as she explained to me that "shit" was the Yiddish word for pour. I was hesitant about this recipe with canned asparagus but my Aunt's daughters assure me that this is terrffic and works well with other vegetables.
