This is not a recipe but a remedy to save a cookie or bar that failed. Purchase a good grade chocolate. Break the failed goodie into small pieces and stir into melted chocolate. I added peanuts but just let your imagination guide you. Spread on cookie sheet and refrigerate until hardened. Break into pieces and never tell the secret of the fail.
The one pictured is from Passover when some chocolate biscotti crumbled as I cut it. This was a bigger hit than the biscotti would have been.
