Ingredients 1 tablespoon Peanut oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 slice ginger, minced 2 tablespoons salted black bean 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons Sherry 1 teaspoon light soy sauce 1 cup soup stock 1 teaspoon heavy soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 scallions, sliced
Instructions 1. PREP 2. Mix garlic, ginger and salted black bean. 3. Mx sugar, sherry, and light soy sauce' 4. Mix Soup stock, heavy soy sauce, and cornstarch and set aside. Stir VERY well before using. 5. COOK 6. Put peanut oil in very hot skillet and bring to high heat. 7. Add Garlic, ginger, and and salted black bean to skillet,stir fry 15-30 seconds. 8. Add sugar, sherry and light soy sauce and stir fry 1-30 seconds 9. SLOWLY add Stock, heavy soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir continually and bring to boil as sauce thickens. 10. Simmer for 3 minutes. 11. Garnish with scallions.
