Chocolate Fudge Cake - One Pan



Ingredients 1/3 cup oil 2 envelopes Premelted, unsweetened choc flavored prod 1 egg 1 cup sugar 1 1/4 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 12 walnut halves

Instructions In 9" square pan, combine all ingredients. Beat with a fork till smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Scrape bottom and sides of pan with rubber spatula after one minute of beating. Spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and arrange walnut halves over top. Bake in a 350 oven about 30 minutes or till cake springs back when touched in center. Cool in pan.


Notes

No dirty bowls. This is made right in the pan.
