French Toast Souffle

Ingredients 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 8 eggs 3 cups milk Challah, broken in pieces Cinnamon






Instructions

Mix all ingredients except Challah. Put pieces of challah in greased deep dish. Pour egg mixture over bread. Let sit overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve promptly.


Description Prepared the night before to be baked in the morning, everyone always loves this.


Notes Serve with warm maple syrup on the side.

Our annual New Year's Day brunches would not be the same without this. It serves beautifully.
