Galette Batter - Gluten free



Ingredients 900 grams Buckwheat 2 tablespoons salt 34 ounces water










Instructions

Combine all ingredients the night before being ysed.

Description A galette is a large crepe like pancake that can be filled in with whatever you like and the sides folded over.


Notes

The first time that I had a galette was a wonderful little restaurant in Key West called La Creperie. We always have breakfast there when we are in Key West.
