Hummus



Ingredients 2 cups chick peas, save juice 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 3 cloves garlic 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons tahini


Instructions Put all ingredients in blender until smooth. Vegetable oil can be increased to 3/4 cup or some saved juice can be used. An additional tablespoon of tahini can be added.


Description Home made is the best! My daughter criticized me for buying when making it is so easy and so much better.
