Ingredients
I box Angel Food cake mix
1 22 oz. can lemon pie filling
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Spray and 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the mix and pie filling. Add to prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes until fully cooked and the top is lightly browned.
Let cook and cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
Description
This is very easy and very lemony.
Notes
Be careful to get all of the mix combined. This was so easy that I had to try it. It is very good but not as good as lemon squares made from scratch. It is good when you need something fast and easy with ingredients that can be kept on the shelf.
