Notes
The ingredients in the marinade sounded so interesting that I wanted to try it. I'm so glad that I did. I expected something like pot roast. Was I surprised when I cut in to this rare roast. We kept slicing off pieces to "taste". Fabulous. The recipe didn't specify whether to add the marinate when cooking. I don't think it is necessary. Sorry for the picture on a kitchen plate but I was getting ready to wrap it to go in to the fridge when I realized that I needed a picture. It didn't go to the table that way.
