Ingredients 1 Box Matzo 11 Ounces White Chocolate 11 Ounces Dark Chocolate 3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Toasted Nuts 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Dried Fruit or Crystallized Ginger
Instructions 1. Melt chocolate separately. 2. Brush one side of each piece of matzo with melted white or dark chocolate. Drizzle remaining dark chocolate over white chocolate coated matzo and vice versa. 3. Sprinkle with fruit and nuts. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, 15 minutes. 4. Break into pieces. May be stored in refrigerator up to a week.

Description Just wonderful and so easy
Notes This is just marvelous and the amounts can be adjusted. I found that the given amounts of chocolate did not cover 11 pieces of matzo. It was a huge hit with everyone. It serves nicely in a napkin lined basket or bowl. There are so many recipes for this type of treat. The addition of the dried fruit in this recipe appealed to me.
