Mock Lobster Salad


Ingredients 5 pounds haddock or cod 1/2 pint sour cream 1/2 bottle chili sauce 1/2 bottle white horseradish Salt and pepper 8 tablespoons mayonnaise 3/4 bunch celery, diced


Instructions Cover fish with water and cook over medium heat for about 1/2 hour, then boil about 5 minutes, leaving fish rubbery. Break fish into pieces. Combine remaining ingredients. Layer fish with sauce and mix gently. Let sit at least one day.


Description

Well, it may not be exactly like lobster, but it is close and is just a good fish salad.
