Ingredients Instant mashed potatoes Onions, sauteed 2 eggs, beaten Won-ton wrappers
Instructions 1. Prepare instant mashed potatoes. Add onions and eggs and mix well together. Place a spoonful of potato mixture in center of wonton wrapper. Make triangle, pinch sides together. Deep fry. Let cool, place in plastic bags and freeze. When needed, take out and put on cookie sheet and heat.
Serving Ideas
Serve with duck sauce and mustard.
Notes Sorry, no exact measurements. It is about 2 onions to four cups of potatoes. Use your judgement. I fry them in a frying pan in about an inch of oil. Also, obviously, they don't have to be frozen before being used.
