Ingredients 5 Eggs 1 Cup Oil 1 1/2 Cups Sugar 2 Teaspoons Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon Dissolved in a Bit of Hot Water 1/2 Cup Cocoa 3/4 Cup Potato Starch 1 Teaspoon Vinegar 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Icing 3 Cups Confectioner's Sugar 1/3 Cup Cocoa 1 Cup Butter Pinch of Salt 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions 1. Mix together the vinegar and baking soda and set aside. 2. Mix first seven ingredients and then add the vinegar mixture 3. Bake in preheated 350 oven in tube pan. 4. Prepare icing by mixing all ingredients other than vanilla at low speed. Add vanilla at high speed and mix til spreadable consistency. If necessary, add a Little more vanilla or water.

Notes The notes on this are that you will not believe that it is for Passover and will make it year round and that is so true. The raves at the table were unreal. I have never made anything like it before for Passover. I wish I could give the proper person the credit for it. I would thin some of the Icing to coat the sides before adding the icing to make it easier.
