Passover Confectioner's Sugar

Ingredients 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Potato Starch

Instructions Combine ingredients in food processor and process until blended, about 3 minutes.

Description Hard to find in stores, this can be made at home.

Notes This is difficult to find in the stores, but is so easy to make.
