Passover Honey Cookies

Ingredients
1 Package Honey Cake Mix (Must be Manichewitz')
1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Granule (I used espressp)
1 Large egg
2 Tablespoons canola oil
Water
1 cup chopped waluts
1 cup raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir coffee into cake mix.
Break egg into a measuring cup, add oil and water to make 1/2 total.
Add to dry mix.
Add nuts and raisins.
Chill one hour in refrigerator.
Drop by teaspoonsful on to cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Description
The nuts and raisins remind me of honey cake.

Notes
For some reason,the original recipe had the amounts to double it, if chosen. I misread it and added to 1 full cup of water. When I realized what I had done, I dumped what I think was about a cup and a half of almond flour in. They were great but probably even better when the recipe is followed.
