Ingredients
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1/4 tspn salt
pinch of sugar
1 cup matzo meal
4 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°
In a 2 quart pot, bring water, oil, salt and sugar to a boil
Remove from heat and add matzo meal and stir until it forms a ball.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each egg is incorporated before adding another.
Drop in oval shape on greased cookie sheet for sandwich style rolls.
Bake for 30 minutes

I think this recipe is the best one for the rolls. This picture is of the rolls that I made, less one already eaten.
Notes
I hadn't made these for many years and printed out about a dozen recipes from the Internet. This was the last one that I printed, and I was excited as it is the one that I had used and liked. I made four rolls from the recipe so that there was something large enough for a sandwich.
These are the same method used to make Cream Puffs, so don't hesitate to do that outside of Passover.
