Pletzel


Ingredients

Pizza dough

Mince garlic - I used the kind in oil in the jar

Onions - I used caramelized onions

Everything bagel seasoning








Instructions

Stretch dough in to a rectangle.


Sprinkle/spread remaining ingredients or use your imagination.


Bake for 24 minutes at 400 degrees until edges start to brown.


Cut up into squares.

This is easy to make and so so good.


Notes

I made this to serve with shakshuka for a New Year's Day brunch. I sprinkled a small amount of cornmeal on the cook sheet rather than flour. The photo is of one of the two that I made. I am excited to have this to serve with the shakshuka.
