Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients 1 baked pie shell 9" 2 cups pumpkin 2 cups light cream 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cloves



Instructions Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth and well combined. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
