Ingredients 1 1/4 cups white corn syrup 2 egg whites pinch salt 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions Heat syrup to boiling in small saucepan. With electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites till stiff but not dry; add salt. Slowly pour syrup over beaten whites, continuing to beat until frosting is fluffly and hangs in peaks from beater. Fold in vanilla. Frosts and fills tops and sides of 2 8' or 9" layers. Stays soft at least 2 days.
Description This frosting is like a marshmallow fluff.
