Ingredients 2 tubes refrigerated sugar cookie dough 2 cream cheese, (soft) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cool whip Fresh fruit
Instructions 1. Pat cookie dough onto bottom of 15 x 10 x 1in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. 2. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit.
Description
Notes I followed the suggestion to cut the crust before adding the toppings and that worked. I marked in the edge of the crust where the cuts were made.
